In April 2017, Manchester City Council (MCC) appointed Far East Consortium International Limited (FEC) as its selected investment and delivery partner to bring forward the regeneration of the Northern Gateway. MCC and FEC will work together on a Joint Venture basis.
Manchester City Council is the local authority for the Northern Gateway area. The Northern Gateway Strategic Regeneration Framework will be approved by Manchester City Council and become part of the Council’s planning policy.
